 So sorry!  For those of you who subscribed to my YouTube channel...I have been ridiculously busy!  We sold a family vacation home which included a lot of painting and updating.  All that work was worth it.  It sold within the week after we listed it and for our price.

We saw that the market was REALLY good....sooooo we cleaned out my husband's childhood home (both parents are deceased).  That was no laughing matter.  They were collectors.  It took weeks.  The house was built in 1902 and is located in a mill town.  Crossed fingers that it sells quickly. *Update: It also sold within a week.

And if all the above were not enough work...we took the money made from the first sale and bought an RV.  It is a used class C and just needs some refreshing.  My daughter and I are painting walls and upholstering the outdated furniture.  I will take before and after photos and post them at a later date.

I have started a YouTube video and hopefully will be able at some point to upload.  I didn't know retirement would be so jammed packed with "busyness" and excitement.
